Happy Happy Mid-February! Who's excited? Me, me, me! I am so happy as I write this, that it is almost 5:30 in the evening and still light out. Does anyone else suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder? This winter has been cold and dark and I am soooo happy it is still light out.

Gratitude Corner

My husband and I just celebrated 19 years. Between our anniversary and Valentine's Day, we had a fun afternoon painting. My husband is a painter, and I am a writer. Two creatives living under one roof. It can be a bit chaotic, but somehow we make it work! This painting was fun because we had to paint side by side...which made it a little tricky with me being left-handed and him being right-handed. But if you're looking for a fun activity to bond with your partner or best friend, definitely check out Painting to Gogh. It filled my cup, and now we have some artwork to hang on the walls.

Writing Corner

I have embraced a new project and draft one is done! I am organizing a multi-author collaboration of six novellas that will release every week between October 1st and November 15th. Each novella takes place in the same location with the same cast of characters, so this collaboration takes communication, honesty, and dedication from all authors. So get excited for October 1st! Book one the Blue Spruce Hills series will be here!

Big News! The third and final Block Island book is back from the editor, and it came back three weeks early because she couldn't put it down! That made my author heart so happy and I can't wait to share it with you. If you'd like to be an ARC reader (I'm thinking April 1st) let me know. I'd love to have you read it early.
